    Southport Air Show returns this weekend for another packed day of entertainment.

    The family event returns to Southport on Saturday, July 13 and Sunday, July 14.

    Families turn out in their thousands every year to watch the sky painted red, white and blue thanks to the flying displays.

    This year's show is shaping up to be another thrilling day on the coast, with the programme featuring RAF Tutor, Rich Goodwin Pitts, Rolls Royce Spitfire, Wingwalkers and plenty more.

    While there will be lots to enjoy in the air, there’s also a full programme of activities on the ground including flight simulators, static aircraft and military vehicles to explore.
