Elizabeth is a Southern Living contributing editor and author of three best selling cook books: "What Can I Bring," "The Southern Living Party Cook Book," and "Come On Over".

    As Lead Culinary Instructor at the Viking Cooking School in nearby Greenwood, world headquarters of the Viking Range Corporation, Elizabeth Heiskell has represented Viking on exclusive Silver Sea cruises through Spain, Portugal, Hawaii.

    Elizabeth has been the owner and head chef of Elizabeth Heiskell Catering for 24 years.
