    Deadly Encounters: Part 1

The decline of the show begins with this episode

I was a fan of 'Hunter' from the very beginning.

Brady Barr heads into the dens and lairs of some of the world's most deadly animals: Chinese alligators, American black bears, snakes in South Africa and sharks.

  • A group of hard-partying young men meet an alluring, young woman called "Lida" and two of the men separately become intimate with her.
  • Dr.
  • This season, Brady serves up another helping of dangerous encounters with some of the scariest, most unusual and plain weirdest creatures on the planet.
  • Fate intrudes when a nine month pregnant woman is lured to the home of a deeply troubled young woman with a secret plan to steal her fetus.
  • Nearly all of the episodes were interesting and entertaining, in spite of some of the unrealistic chase scenes and vehicle explosions/demolitions. But I could see the series slowly going down hill in season 6 as the acting became substandard and the story lines/scenarios became less interesting and/or silly.

The acting and plot lines began a more rapid decent in season 7, which probably accounted for the premature end of the series.

That deterioration began with this episode, from the first scene to the predictable 'to be continued' ending.

It's not like the good episodes of previous season but still okay to watch, just as long as your expectations aren't too high.
